By participating in this peer group for mental health, you understand that the purpose of the group is to provide support, encouragement, and understanding to others, and not to provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You also agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and to refrain from sharing any personal information without permission.

You understand that your participation in this peer group is voluntary and that you are not entitled to any compensation or benefits for your services. The facilitator or organizer of the peer group reserves the right to terminate your participation if you violate any of the terms and conditions of this mandate. Please note that this mandate is not intended to supersede any laws or regulations that may apply to your participation in a peer group for mental health.
