Trust is essential to mental health and the healing process, and communication is crucial. For example, we would like to know "how people will relate to you by reading a few lines about you". Read below for reference.
1. I started doing the inner work on my own because I lacked the financial freedom or family support to help me get through the pain as I battled/am still fighting a variety of emotional and mental health issues (Depression, Anxiety, ADHD, Dyslexia, OCD, Suicidal ideation, learning difficulty, CPTSD, and Borderline).
In order to convince myself that I am deserving of my family, I also attempted to pass my school exams, but with each attempt, my grades, effort level, and health all declined.
If I had someone to talk to who had experienced something comparable, I might have been able to accept my suffering and its causes earlier. I intend to treat you the same way.
2. After I finished school, I went through a very trying time due to peer pressure, bullying, and family problems, all of which had an adverse effect on how I looked and how confident I felt about myself. The same was the source of my anxiety. I’m looking for help to improve myself and get rid of intrusive thought patterns.
3. Due to some toxic people, I have experienced anxiety disorders, major depressive episodes, hypomanic episodes, relationship difficulties, sour friendships, social abuse, bullying, the loss of loved ones, and financial stress.
I don’t yet have a story that would inspire others, but I do have one about how I managed to survive because I received a lot of support in unanticipated ways. I’m attempting to shed some light on a few dark areas in your life with this.
4. I am a second stage colon cancer fighter who underwent 10 rounds of chemotherapy and radiation treatment and spent 40 days in the intensive care unit. I also overcame 3 septic shocks. I am a child of a broken home and a survivor of suicide.
I also have a rare disease called Brittle diabetes. My unique motto of “Fighting every Tumour with Humor” has helped me overcome the greatest of challenges.
Because of how badly my wholly egocentric mother damaged my childhood, I made sure to give my children a place that is safe, secure, and peaceful.
